We sincerely welcome you as our patient and are pleased that you chose St. Petersburg General Hospital. We are committed to making your hospital visit as comfortable and convenient as possible from beginning to end. To help you know what to bring and where to go, we are glad to provide registration information for you.
Inpatient, Outpatient, Same Day Surgery Testing Registration
On the day of your admission or test, you will need to bring a few things to the hospital. Please bring with you personal items such as a robe, slippers, toilet articles. Also, bring your insurance card or Medicaid or Medicare card. If your hospital visit is work-related, please bring the workers compensation claim number and any claim forms required by your employer. If you hospital visit is due to a car accident, please bring your auto insurance information. Please bring your copay/ded/coins at the time of service.
